Our students of the month have been selected by their teachers on the following criteria:
Haley- Preschool 3
" Haley loves to participate in class, and she's a great listener! She's always happy and very kind to others. Haley always asks other students to play with her, and she's a great friend to her classmates"
Izzy- Pre-K
" Izzy is a huge help in our classroom! She is quick to help myself or another student. She is very kind and nice to all of her classmates. If someone in our class is upset, Izzy is very quick to comfort them. She's a great friend to all of the students, and she's always happy in class."
Mary Kate- Pre-K 4
" Mary Kate is always pleasant to be around. She loves school and is always happy to be at BTA. Mary Kate is willing to help others in need. She never has to be told. She just pitches in and helps where she sees the need."
Violet- Kindergarten
Eleanor- 1st Grade
" Eleanor is a hard worker and do her best in school. She helps out in the classroom. She helps others with cleaning up from recess."
Nat- 2nd Grade
" Nat is a very conscientious student who gives his all in the classroom. He is willing to share his gifts and always help another student in need"
Katalina- 3rd Grade
" She is so very kind and respectful to everyone. She includes others when they are playing in a group. She takes her time to help others and to include them in activities."
Everleigh- 4th Grade
" Everleigh is consistently kind and respectful to all. She pitches in to help students and the teacher when needed."
Ashlynn- 5th Grade
" Ashlyn should be student of the month for different reasons. She is very respectful in class and participates in class discussions and in all other activities. Ashlyn also is an avid reader and is a very important team member in helping her class to prepare for the upcoming English Festival in May."
Hailey- 6th Grade
" Hailey is consistently prepared for class, on task, and ready to learn. She is kind, respectful, and always willing to help others"
Connor- 6th Grade
" Connor shows respect and kindness toward myself and all of his classmates in homeroom, class, and even in the hallway or at lunch. He always tries to be helpful in aiding his classmates with gathering their books for the day and their schedule in the mornings, and he often waits for the students that are the last to leave to make sure they have someone to walk with."
Nathan- 7th Grade
" Nathan holds the door for others. He also is willing and volunteers to collect absentee work for his classmates. He answers in class and is polite. "
Lauryn- 8th Grade
" Lauryn goes out of her way to a friend to everyone. She consistently offers to be of service for her teachers and her classmates. She is a hard working and responsible student."
