Blessed Trinity Academy strives to make Catholic education affordable. We make every effort to give families who want their children to attend BTA the ability to do so. Financial aid is available to all families (Catholic or non-Catholic) to help offset the tuition costs.
The Diocese of Pittsburgh provides educational grants from the following sources:
* Bishop's Education Fund- This grant from the Diocese is available to Catholic students in grades Kindergarten through 12th attending eligible schools and registered in eligible parishes.
* Scholastic Opportunity Scholarship Funds (SOS) - The SOS fund is available to any student in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th residing in Pennsylvania and attending any eligible Catholic school in the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Pre-School Scholastic Opportunity Scholarship Program (SOS)- This grant program is for any Pre-Kindergarten student residing in Pennsylvania and attending any eligible Catholic school in the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Opportinity Scholarship Tax Credit Program (OSTC)- This funding is available to families whose students reside within the attendance boundaries of a low-achieving school as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and who meet qualifying guidelines. OSTC grants are available for Kindergrten through 12 grade students only.
Applications for financial aid are done through FACTS Management. The deadline for financial aid applications in March 15th.
